HOW DOES THE DESIGN PROCESS WORK?

Please view our process via the Services page for our process.

After your website design service has been completed, we will begin the Website transfer process with you.

I HAVE A QUESTION ABOUT A CURRENT SERVICE, HOW CAN I BOOK A CALL?

We take all calls for current clients on Wednesdays from 1pm - 5pm, this is only for current clients who have started their design process and have questions. In order to book this call, please email us 48-hours in advance.

I HAVE A QUESTIONS BEFORE BOOKING A SERVICE, HOW CAN I CHAT WITH SOMEONE?

Please feel free to book a consultation online if you have any questions/concerns before working with us. We only accept consultation calls on Wednesdays from 1:00 PM EST - 5:00 PM EST. There will be no exceptions.

WHAT LOGO FILES WILL I RECEIVE IN MY PACKAGE?

We provide EPS, PDF, PNG, & JPG files only. October Moon Branding does not provide editable files for logo designs under any circumstances.

HOW CAN I SPEAK WITH THE DESIGNER REGARDING MY PROJECT?

Our design team does not take any calls. We have a group of trained experts to help assist you in any questions or concerns you may have during your design process. Please contact us via email for any questions you may have here

I NEED MY FILES RESENT, HOW CAN THIS BE COMPLETED?

If you need any files resent three months prior to your project completion date, you will be charged a fee to have the files sent.

If it has been three months after your project has been completed, your designs have already been archived and October Moon Branding no longer has access to them. Due to this, you will be charged to have any design recreated in the exact way your design services were completed.

HOW MANY REVISIONS DOES MY PROJECT RECEIVE?

All design services are permitted to one free round of revisions. After the first round, additional fees may apply & differ based on the service.

I'VE MISSED MY DEADLINE FOR MY CONTENT SUBMISSION, WHAT HAPPENS NOW?

If for any reason your content is delayed, we will issue a new date. All clients will be given (if needed) three chances to have their content in for any reason of delay, if the content is not in after those three additional deadline extensions your project will be terminated, with no refunds. 

I WOULD LIKE TO CANCEL MY PROJECT, WILL I RECEIVE A REFUND?

Once a completion date has been delivered, no refunds will be issued. The date sent over is now considered blocked off in which the designer can’t market it to another client. This day is now noted as unavailable to other clients and/or potential clients resulting in monetary loss for the designer if the currently paid client decides  to cancel. 

HOW LONG IS THE WEBSITE DESIGN PROCESS?

Our website design takes approximately from 3-4 weeks. This may differ based on our availability. We will not have any website designs before the listed period.

WHAT WEBSITE PLATFORM DO YOU ALL USE?

We only design on the WIX and Shopify platforms.
