TERMS OF SERVICE

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

When booking your services, you are agreeing to all policies set by October Moon Branding. October Moon Branding will not be held liable for any issues not of it's doing. Please be sure to read the terms and conditions in it's entirety.

 

BUSINESS HOURS 

Monday-Friday | 11AM-6PM EST

Closed: Sundays + Holidays.

 

TURN AROUND TIMES

Turnaround times vary per service. The standard turnaround time for each a la carte service is approximately 3-10 business days. A more detailed turnaround time can be found on the information page of each service. Turnaround times are subject to change depending on our workload. Please note that the turnaround time does NOT begin until you have completed the design form located here.

 

Rush fees can be applied to most design services but are not accepted for logo suite design services.

 

GHOST POLICY

The client is required to respond within 24-hours to all emails or client portal messages regarding proofs/revisions. For responses greater than 24-hours, your turn around time will be extended for an additional 1 business day.

 

If there is no response after 7 days, your order will be considered cancelled and forfeited with no refund issued. If you'd like to restart your services, you will be required to repurchase the service paying the full amount.

 

REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS

Due to the nature of our business at October Moon Branding, we do NOT offer any refunds for any services or products for any reason once the process has begun. All deposits are non-refundable.

 

REVISIONS

All designs include (3) free complimentary revisions. Any additional revisions will incur an additional $10. To help lessen the chances of needing additional revisions, please be sure to be very detailed when completing the design form. Revisions are minor edits/changes to your logo such as a slight font change, color change, size, etc. A revision is not a brand-new logo design. Once your design(s) have been finalized and submitted to you, there will be no additional revisions or edits. Please check that everything is to your liking and spelled correctly before approving your final design(s).
 

PRINTING + SHIPPING

Printing and shipping time is approximately 4-7 business days after your design(s) have been finalized. October Moon Branding is not responsible for any delayed, lost, or stolen packages, or any incorrect addresses provided by the client. A tracking number is provided via email once your order has been shipped. If there are any issues with your purchase(s), please contact us via email at info@octobermoonbranding.com. We will assist you as best that we can.

UNUSED DESIGNS/CONCEPTS

Any unpaid designs that were sent to the client for approval can NOT be used by the client or replicated in any manner. The client may only use the design(s) that they approved and made payment for. Any usage or replications of any unpaid design(s) or design concepts by October Moon Branding will result in legal action.

 

PAYMENTS

All services must be paid in full before work is finalized.

 

POSTING CLIENT DESIGNS

October Moon Branding withholds all rights to post any/all designs to our social media, website, etc. If your brand is launching in the future and not at the time your designs were completed, please reach out and let us know so we can be sure not to post until you have launched.

 

Terms and Conditions are due to change at any time for any reason without advanced notice.
